Where will items ship from?

All orders will be processed and shipped from our warehouse in New York NY, United States, by UPS, DHL or Fedex service which are secure and fast. Once you place your order on our online Store: www.holawigs.com. You will receive an email notification from us for your shipping status and tracking number.

How do I place an order?

It's easy. Simply browse and pick the items on our website, then click on the down arrow beside the item to view and choose a color, then click the ADD to CART button to place the item in shopping cart.

There is a VIEW CART link at the top left hand top corner of our store for you to see the items you've purchased so far. At any time, you may remove or add more items if you like.

If you are not computer savvy and would feel more comfortable paying by credit card over the phone, you can either call us directly by phone or send us an email requesting a call-back for an order and a Customer Service Representative will call you to process your order by phone. Coupon codes are also redeemable by phone. Please Note: Online orders are always processed faster than phone orders. Holawigs.com reserve rights to confirm your purchase with your Credit Card Company and may verify your billing & shipping address.

Do I pay sales tax after your listing price?

No. We pay sales tax (if applied). So, you saved!

Payment can be made online 24 hours a day, 7 days per week with a credit card. You do not need to be a PayPal customer to shop on this website. We also accept VISA, and MASTERCARD. We provide customers the most secure payment gateway with Verified by Visa (VbV) and Master SecureCode.

Canadians may also make payment via "Bank Email Money Transfer" which is available at most institutions across Canada. If you would like to pay by email money transfer, email us for instructions and we will contact you immediately with info.

Customers in the United States may make payments using the credit cards mentioned above as well as a DEBIT BANK CARD that has a credit card logo on it. When I pay by credit card, what name will appear on my bill?

Do I have to use my PayPal Account or can I pay just with a credit card?

Please be advised, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO USE YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT to shop on this website, nor do you need to have an account if you don't already have one! You can also make your purchase using only a credit card. Here is how:

Once you have clicked the ADD TO CART button and begin to enter the Check Out pages, you will finally come to a page with credit card payment button. Follow the steps and enter your information there. If your credit card has not been secured by Verified by Visa or Master SecureCode, a bank page will pop up to let you set your secure code for an enhanced online shopping security.

How do I find a specific item?

You may look for your new wig by typing in your item in the search bar located on the upper left hand corner of this page. To search by type or style, (curly or straight), simply type in a single word in the SEARCH BAR located at the left hand side of our web: www.holawigs.com. Make sure to only type in one word per search. For example the word "short" will give you better results than the words "Short wigs". Other common searches include "long", "short", "human hair" or "lace". You may even search wigs by name such as "Celeste" or "Marilyn". It’s the best way to search!

  

How do I see the colors for a particular item?

The first thing that you should know is that there are only certain colors offered for each item. To see what colors are offered for the item you are interested in, click on the down arrow beside the word COLOR next to the photo of the wig you are interested in. The drop down arrow will show you a list of colors that are available. Once you have seen this list, you may click the color chart to view the color swatches for the brand collection for the item.

 

To view colors, please go to our Wig Color Charts page. You will find it on the top navigation bar.


I've never worn a hair extension/wig before, what can I expect?

If you've never worn a wig or tried one on, we highly recommend that you visit our HELP section and read the info in the ABOUT WIGS section before purchasing a wig online. This section contains valuable information about wigs along with many frequently asked questions from new and repeat wig shoppers like yourself.

 

 

How long will it take to get my order? 

In most cases with UPS ground shipping(UPS can NOT ship to PO box), your parcel will arrive within 5 business days, and for sure we will provide you the UPS tracking number .Please leave us very clear ship address and phone number according to the address.


Will you ship to an address other than my billing address?

Orders must be shipped to the billing address of the credit card holder for your first shop with us. This is for your protection to warrant against unauthorized charges to your card. Once you have shopped with us before, we have no problem shipping to an alternate address.

 

Can I get my order sooner than 3 business days?

Yes. If you require your items sooner, Express shipping is available for a fee. Express delivery orders usually arrive within 1-2 business days. The Express Shipping option is available at check out or you may contact us by email or phone if you have specific questions about the delivery date for your order.

 

What is your return policy?

Please understand that all sales are final due to the nature of the product and no exchanges and refunds will be given, unless the item is clearly defective. Thank you! 


What happens if my package is lost?

In the event a package is lost, we will file a claim with the appropriate shipping or courier company, and will inform customers once UPS’s investigation finishes and claim being granted.

 

For this reason, our first call of action is to first file the claim and then to make every attempt possible on our end to replace the original order, making the wait time shorter for our customers.

 

If for any reason, it not possible to replace the original order, we will reimburse the customer based on the amount of insurance that was originally claimed on the parcel, not the original order. For instance, an order for $245, may have only been covered for $200. All replacement costs will be at the sole discretion of HolaWigs.


How can I track my package?

We will notify customers when products have been shipped and provide a tracking number in email notification.
